At MOYO Nature Travel, we believe it is important that you can travel with peace of mind. That is why we are affiliated with VZR Garant, a recognized guarantee scheme that provides protection in the event of financial insolvency of travel organizations.

What does this mean for you?
The combination of travel services you book through MOYO Nature Travel may constitute a package travel arrangement within the meaning of the EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302. This means you are entitled to protection under European package travel regulations.

To comply with the legally required financial protection, MOYO Nature Travel makes use of VZR Garant. Should MOYO Nature Travel experience financial insolvency before or during your trip, VZR Garant will ensure that:

• You receive a refund of the travel sum you have paid, or

• Your trip is continued as planned, or

• If necessary, you are repatriated (returned home).

How do you know if your trip is covered by the guarantee scheme?

• Each travel offer on our website clearly states whether the VZR Garant guarantee applies.

• Our general terms and conditions describe which trips are covered by the guarantee.

• Your booking confirmation and invoice explicitly state whether your trip is covered by the guarantee.
